We never did get quite as tidy a slice as they did for the photo in the book....but.... it was very tasty anyway. Ours seemed to have a few more crumbs stuck to the pink filling.... ah, well....

Maybe it's just as well I don't live near you, or I would keep visiting to eat all your lovely cakes - then I would have no chance of fitting into my swimsuit for my holiday in May!!
