Snow still here...but...the day was lovely and sunny... the main roads were almost clear... and the cul de sac streets were mushy by suppertime. I was busy by then making a yummy scalloped potato dish... with onions, celery, fresh parsley and some assorted spices.... mmmm.....
Didn't get much done on my doll...none actually. Had to do some running around and did look for some fabrics ...still trying to decide what she is going to wear. It's almost as painful as shopping for clothes for me...ick... I am missing a few genes....the shopping gene along with the maternal gene. Probably a few more as well, but those spring to mind.
Not much to show for my day, but I wanted to post something for my photo a week group just to let you know I haven't forgotten. I'm off to check out what you have all been up to today... .. much more interesting than mine today I'm sure....

Scalloped potatoes! Well If I hadn't just had dinner out (Chicken Milano), I would be drooling about now, but because I'm full, I'm in quiet appreciation of your photos.
I always enjoy reading here whether you have much going on or not.
Ooh all that snow, brrrrrrr. The pie has made me hungry, looks gorgeous, that would be a nice change from plain potatoes.

I'm just getting back to doing the cooking here, nothing as good looking as yours :-) We have sunshine but still cold especially as the decoraters and repair men have the doors open!!
Oh my..I've already had tea..but could manage a serving of this potato dish!! :D
Mmm the salad and potatoes look delish. I don't have the shopping gene either.
Sorry you still have snow. But that luscious looking potato dish must have warmed you up considerably! I hope the snow melts soon!
Sorry you still have snow, even in our corner of the woods - no snow, very cold, a few snowflakes here - there, but not like you have...Hopefully it will melt soon and more nice days.
The food looks Yu-m-m-y!
Oh more snow! ... I really hoped that Spring was coming your way.
The photo is really lovely though, the snow is so white.
Your potato dish looks yummy - you can't beat a nice gratin.
Good luck with choosing fabrics for Dolly - can't wait to see her all finished.
Hugs

You are not alone....I hate shopping for clothes. I usually always come back with art supplies instead. lol
The scalloped potatoes look great but I can't say the same for the snow.
