BWA HA HA HA HA HA! (That was my evil, American cackle)

My Mom's Christmas Cactus is a traitor too... blooms ALL YEAR, *except* at Christmas.

Sheesh.

Hey V - how are you doing? I'm not a cactus fan, because the ones we had in our graden were very painful! but, I love the flower of this one :O)

Vee, your Christmas Cactus is lovely! Maybe it is a Thanksgiving Cactus! LOL
Love your little bears. They are so precious.

Vee, that is one absolutely gorgeous photo shot! Seriously!!!

I was wandering the store earlier tonight and was thinking that I need some sort of house plant in my new little place...a holiday one. Any ideas?

Hope you have a great weekend. :)

Well don't feel too bad about that. My Christmas cactus that normally would bloom at Thanksgiving bloomed for Halloween. Now, I have never heard of a Halloween cactus.

Our varieties don't bloom until June/July being that they are our winter months. I love their flowers!

They are beautiful flowers aren't they. I have an Easter one and it has a mind of its own. It blooms whenever it wants to.

hehe... I call mine The Hallowe'en Cactus because it blooms in time for Hallowe'en every year. Silly thing.

Better than the *other* one that has thrived for years (new growth three times a year) but NEVER bloomed! Arg!
