Portulaca still blooming....

and doing beautifully.....

There are dozens of tiny plants that just appeared as if by magic this year.  I wonder if it was a milder winter...or did I maybe not dig one or two of the pots much or ...what?  Anyway... they all sprouted and now..are blooming way late and looking so much healthier than the leggy and dead looking others.

I hope they all grow again next year..... this is great.

These flowers are lovely; I call them moss roses. What a delightful thing for you to enjoy in your garden.

Moss roses have a way of self-seeding--that's what I like about them. My plants (what's left of them) look horrible. I need to run out to get some mums to kill.

Hey Vee! You know, I was just telling my son how gorgeous a clump of mine were looking, yesterday afternoon. I wonder if I dug them up and brought them into the house, if they would live till next spring??? Aren't they just the sweetest little flowers! xoxo :)
