All I can say is ... too bad she didn't have a gun..... and about 5 worthwhile people helping instead of standing around watching and filming while she took on six thugs by herself.
Luckily she wasn't bludgeoned to death by one of them...while folks, including a police officer stood by.... watching....just watching...... what has the world come to?

I didn't have to watch the clip, as we saw it on the news last night. A very brave, but perhaps foolish old lady. But how stupid were the thieves, to do that in broad daylight ..... well, so stupid they were caught!!
Go, granny, go! I am glad she didn't get hurt, but good for her for standing up to those thugs.

My jaw just dropped in awe at her actions. Unbelievable! How very brave she was (but also so foolish, bless her). She just acted immediately without thought for herself. Thank goodness she wasn't hurt though.
Oh dear, I wonder what her family had to say to her ;-)
